TileSafe  shall at its option replace any product that proves defective.  This warranty applies only to the product itself.  Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury or failure due to incorrect product application or maintenance.  TileSafe  cannot eliminate all possibilities of slip-fall accidents.
